A Live AI Experiment
Description
Programme Journey
Kick-off (Immersion 1, Experimentation Lab): Each participant selects a priority business challenge and designs their experiment, framing hypotheses, decision rights, success metrics and risks before launching it in their own organisation.
Check-ins (3 sessions between the immersions): The full cohort convenes online with the Programme Director and participants share what they have worked on, their results and their blockers. Participants break into peer groups to discuss progress, exchange insight and hold each other accountable.
Conclusion (Immersion 2): Participants present their experiment and its results to the cohort, receiving feedback from the Programme Director and peers and translate the learning into their AI narrative and 100-day Enterprise AI action plan.
